Here in LA, I like the macarons at Paulette, now known as “lettemacarons,” in Beverly Hills (and now also downtown and in Pasadena). Bristol Farms bakes up some nice ones, too.

    The best ones I have found are at PAUL in France, particularly the vanilla ones.
